Kirkland townhouse site sells for $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KIRKLAND — A former fire station property in Kirkland at 12703 N.E. 144th St., once slated to become affordable townhouses, recently sold for a little over $3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Capstone Kingsgate LLC, which acquired the property in 2021 for $2.1 million.
