C&W brokers 150 acres in Longview

LONGVIEW, Cowlitz County — An unaddressed patch of land, near the Columbia River and Port of Longview, recently changed hands. Cushman & Wakefield recently announced that its Aaron Watt, Keegan Clay and Michael Flynn brokered both sides of the deal.

The seller of 150 unimproved acres was Weyerhaeuser, and the buyer was Cascade Civil Development, which is based in Portland.
