110 Remond units planned near station

REDMOND — Not long after opening in downtown Redmond, Origins Cannabis bought the Prime Steakhouse property next door. Now the assemblage at 16330 Cleveland St. looks to be on the market, and there's an early new apartment plan brewing there.

The 110-unit midrise proposal comes from prospective buyer (or partner) Venture Real Estate Group, with no architect yet attached. The 19,198-square-foot property isn't publicly listed. It's a few steps west of the future Downtown Redmond station, which could open in 2025 or sooner.
