TACOMA — The land beneath the stalled Tacoma Trax apartment project, at 415 E. 25th St., sold this week for $4.2 million, according to Pierce County records.
The seller was 415 E 25th Street Ground Owner LLC, associated with Safehold/iStar, a ground lease specialist based in New York. The apartment developers and builders, GIS International Group and DMG Capital Group, had previously sold the land to iStar for $2.5 million.
