Lee finds new home for Milgard

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — A downtown Tacoma office building sold to local investors in September, and now Lee & Associates is tasked with finding new tenants at 1498 Pacific Ave.

It was previously owned and partly occupied by Umpqua Bank, which sold for about $6.9 million. The bank is now gone.
