Trammell Crow on track to finish big Terminal 106 project this summer

Looking north, the building is now a landmark to drivers on East Marginal Way South.

Almost three years ago, the Port of Seattle announced a major redevelopment at its Terminal 106. Planning began in 2019. Following some demolition at 44 S. Nevada St., just east of the Duwamish Waterway, Lease Crutcher Lewis began work in early 2022 on the two-story, 702,429-square-foot Seattle Metro Logistics building.
