202 Westlake sale may set new record


Amazon's Roxanne Building, at 202 Westlake Ave. N. in South Lake Union, has sold for $129.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was German firm GLL Real Estate Partners, which acquired the property in 2013 for $97 million.
