Seattle preservationist to restore, rebrand historic hotel in eastern Washington

The historic Weinhard Hotel in Dayton is under new ownership. Seattle-based developer and historic preservationist Padraic Slattery closed on the property last month and is now planning to restore and rebrand the 15-room boutique hotel.
