Description
The Evergreen Surgery and Physicians Center will provide Evergreen Healthcare with increased ambulatory care capabilities and additional medical space. The 135,000 square foot facility will feature eight operating rooms and an additional procedure room, more than doubling the capacity of the ambulatory care Evergreen now provides. Connecting the various architecture of surrounding buildings, certain façade and plan elements reflect similar styles from other campus buildings. In addition, the Surgery and Physicians Center includes several garden plazas, combining nature and architecture. Glass walls offer views of the vistas, while brick areas signify where medical offices are located. The form of the structure is intended to create a focal element for the Evergreen campus, proclaiming technological superiority in medicine and unification of a multi-faceted organization.
