Description
The Fort Lewis barracks renovation project is a $25.5 million design-build project to renovate three historical buildings: two three-story barracks buildings totaling about 213,000 square feet and one three-story administration building of about 56,000 square feet.

The three buildings -- 2019, 2020 and 2021 -- were built in 1928.

Osborne Construction Co. is required to incorporate current code and U.S. Army requirements while maintaining the historical characteristics of the structures. This is reportedly one of the largest military design/build, historical renovations ever undertaken in the country.
