Description
PCL, Integrus Architecture and CKC Engineers were awarded this 602-car parking garage as the successful team in a design/build competition.

The project is located adjacent to the Sounder train station and is serving its rail commuters. Construction had to accommodate the movement of train and pedestrian traffic on a daily basis. The structure is a composite system incorporating precast columns and beams with cast-in-place post-tensioned slabs.

In addition to parking, the facility has 14,000 square feet of shell and retail space at the ground level.
