Description
A three-story surgical facility atop a three-story underground parking structure. The surgical building is 174,169 square feet and the parking garage is 131,431 square feet.

The new facility will be connected to the existing hospital by a two-story link/bridge and a below-grade tunnel corridor.

Some remodeling of the existing hospital will be performed in order to accommodate services in the new surgery pavilion.

The surgery pavilion will provide 11 operatories, pre-op, post-op recovery, examination and testing, pharmacy and X-ray -- along with offices, locker rooms, a cafe and espresso bar.
