Description
The United States Postal Service is undertaking a major renovation of the 585,000-square-foot Distribution Center in south Seattle, the central processing point for much of the mail delivered to the Seattle area.

J.E. Dunn Northwest Inc. is overseeing the project, which involves extensive civil and structural improvements, reroofing and major HVAC upgrades throughout the building complex. Part of the existing structure is being demolished, and a new building will be built to house the new HVAC components.

Major mechanical and electrical distribution work will be done, and a new employee parking lot will be built.
