RICHLAND SHOPS/WAREHOUSE FACILITY
Project description: Site development, shop and warehouse equipment and building construction. Multi-building campus to contain divisions of the city's Utilities and Physical Services departments as well as the Finance/Purchasing Division of the Administrative and Community Services Department. Major functions to be located in the campus include city vehicle maintenance, central warehouse, various shops and associated administrative and personnel support services.
