The company promotes employee involvement by providing craft professionals the support and equipment necessary to perform work safely. Each craft professional writes out a pre-task safety plan every day and participates in stretch-and-flex exercises.

The company also has a safety leadership program that gives employees the opportunity to receive additional training, coaching and jobsite responsibilities and a proactive safety incentive plan called “DPR Dollars.”
