Cedarbrook is Washington Mutual’s new leadership center in SeaTac.

The Cedarbrook project is a high-end leadership development center with two guest-room buildings and wetland restoration.

Significant changes to the scope and design were required during construction, including a 60-day schedule reduction. The fast-track construction was completed on-budget and ahead of schedule, even with the reduction.

The project had zero time loss accidents despite extending working hours and overlapping trades.
