Overlake Transit Center Park & Ride

Wilder Construction Co. dealt with many challenges on the 209-stall Overlake Transit Center Park & Ride project — treatment of nearly 3 million gallons of storm water during the wettest months of the year and maintaining public and transit access.

The biggest challenge was plan review delays spanning nearly half the contract time. Wilder was able to complete the work on schedule by reorganizing work, and accelerating crews and subcontractors to 12-hour days, six days a week.
