The Grand Award winner, Seahawks Stadium, was finished on time and budget. The project’s cost-per-seat was 7 percent less than the average of the last 13 NFL stadiums built.

Turner managed the $430 million budget and five-year schedule with zero cost overruns as a result of a well integrated schedule along with the collaboration of the entire project team.

The project generated 134,830 tons of debris but only 4,500 tons were sent to a landfill. With a 96 percent recycling rate, Turner exceeded the project recycling goals and saved $4.8 million.

The stadium project met the owner’s budget and schedule, while meeting or exceeding all other project goals: quality, community outreach, M/WBE utilization, apprenticeship participation and recycling.
