O達rien is a cornerstone for John Korsmo Construction, where for a decade he has expanded the safety culture. His expertise has ensured that his job sites are the safest in the company. As a superintendent, O達rien supervises Korsmo building site activities, including all Korsmo and subcontractor personnel. He is responsible for quality control, safety, production timelines, and material and property management.

O達rien consistently provides valuable input to Korsmo痴 safety committee. His insight helped develop many company policies, including its crisis management policy, serious safety-violation policy and companywide drug-testing program.
