Danard’s safety coordinator, project managers and owner all continue their education with courses in safety to make sure the team remains compliant. Also, before each job Danard holds a pre-construction analysis to look at all aspects of the job, any safety concerns that need to be considered, and special equipment or safety training that may be needed.

Danard used permits that are required for certain situations such as excavation and confined spaces. The permits require the foreman and the project manager to go over all aspects of the work to make sure it is as safe as possible.
