Judges for the AGC-Moss Adams Service to the Community Award created a special Judges’ Honorable Mention Award to recognize Gray Lumber Co.

Even though Gray Lumber did not submit an application for the community service award, the judges believed the firm merited an award after recognizing a trend: Gray Lumber showed up as a partner in multiple community service efforts of AGC general contractor firms. For example, Gray Lumber was a contributor to Korsmo Construction’s YWCA shelter project and Mowat Construction Co.’s Camp Korey project.

Plus, Mac Gray, the company president, has long been a participant on the AGC Education Foundation Board and in the food drive for AGC’s Southern District. He also spearheads the Gray Lumber Golf Tournament in support of Habitat for Humanity.
