Concrete tilt-up construction was used on three buildings that make up the first phase of Pacific Gateway Business Park. Panels got architectural reveals while curved walls were site-cast to emphasize office areas. Concrete panels were raised at the rooflines to screen mechanical equipment, reduce long-term maintenance and add architectural modulation.

Circular raised planters, seating walls and bollards were made of precast concrete. Those elements were tied together with patterned concrete walkways. Concrete was also used in parking areas for its long-term maintenance.

Finishing touches included cast concrete monument and directory signs and screen walls.
