Johnson International Industries, a hardwood manufacturer and distributor, consolidated its operations into a 97,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up building. It has corporate offices, a showroom and space for millwork fabrication and distribution.

The building was designed to be economical to build and maintain. Its aesthetics include a 45-degree angle on its façade, brick wainscoting, precast window sills and reveals to break up the redundancy of the shear panels.

Inside, a 6-inch-thick reinforced warehouse floor system ties into 22-foot-wide door openings to allow for easy unloading of raw materials.
