Kelley Farm, established in 1864, is the oldest farm in Bonney Lake. It is now a venue for large gatherings such as weddings and corporate meetings.

The barn, which serves as the events hall, was recently renovated. Work included pouring a new foundation and piers to provide adequate support for the structure.

A new interior slab with radiant floor heating was ground, color-stained and polished. Outdoor courtyards are a combination of integrally colored pea gravel, exposed brick and boardwalk plank-stamped concrete.

Countertops in the kitchen and baths are poured-in-place colored concrete that have been ground, polished and sealed.
