“At BCRA we are currently feeling a rising level of confidence in the business market place, based upon recent collaboration with our clients,” said Cathy Bachl, marketing coordinator for Architects BCRA-Tsang in Tacoma. “Low interest rates have had a definite effect on small and large commercial business and development investors.” After a challenging spring, the 58-person firm has seen growth in the last year, adding six employees, with gross fees at $6.2 million. The company has several projects currently under construction, including Point Defiance Zoo Amphitheater, the Lakewood YMCA Teen Center addition, McCann Cadillac and the Wedge mixed-use project. The Pioneer Motorcycle Museum and Conference Center has recently broken ground. |
