Belt Collins is planning two new offices in Arizona and California. The 45-year-old firm currently employs 280 people in offices in Hawaii, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Guam and Seattle. In all, there are 10 offices in Asia.

The firm has completed over 10,000 projects throughout the Pacific Basin, Asia, Australia, Africa, India, Europe, the Mideast and the mainland U.S. Project types have included regional development plans; resort plans; recreational areas, residential communities; military master plans; commercial and industrial complexes; facilities master plans; highway and street tree and roadside landscape plans; exterior signs and graphic design; and special planning studies of various types.

Belt Collins just completed landscape design and water features for Peninsula Hotel in Manila and landscape design for Tong Yang country club in Seoul, Kyongti Do, Korea. The firm also recently completed landscape planning and design for Mimosa Resort in Clark Field, Philippines. The former U.S. military base was covered by two feet of volcanic ash in 1995.

The Seattle office is currently engaged in land planning for Semiahmoo Resort.
