Talley & Kolb

Talley & Kolb continues this year with a staff of two and a specialty in high-end residential garden design. On the boards are sizable gardens in North Beach, Laurelhurst, Broadmoor and East Lake Sammamish. On the Sammamish project, which involves a “High Cascades” waterfall with simulated and natural stone outcroppings, the firm is collaborating with Turnstone Construction.

“We are rejoicing in the recent upturn in the economy, which should benefit the market for residential landscape construction,” said principal Brooks Kolb, who is currently serving as president of the Washington Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
