This five-story, 110,300-square-foot medical office building integrates into a six-acre park setting next to a hotel and two apartment buildings. An inward-facing European-style plaza is active with retailers and pedestrians.

Exterior columns and spandrels of brick give the structure permanence while breaking up the glass curtain walls. The darker red brick on the first floor contrasts with the concrete wainscoting. The first floor brick uses a precast sill to transition to the lighter colored brick above. Inset bands within the upper stories tie in with the lines created by the window framing.

LEED silver certification was achieved in part with the use of masonry.
