Scope: Replace existing school on the same site, while the students continue to occupy existing buildings. Work will include on and off site work and other related work associated with the construction of new facility, the eventual demolition of the existing buildings, and extensive playfield work. The new school is a partial two-story, steel framed, masonry and concrete tilt-up structure, with a masonry veneer exterior finish and standing seam metal roof.
