SEATTLE — The Port of Seattle has announced three finalists for an $80 million to $90 million progressive design-build project at Terminal 91, located at 2001 W. Garfield St. in the Interbay area.
The port intends to construct new flex industrial building space at the terminal to support maritime manufacturers and fishing industry suppliers. The new light-industrial facility will be about six acres in size, with about 120,000 square feet of industrial space across three buildings.
