Gensler releases 2025 design forecast

Gensler is expecting the development of more lifestyle districts in 2025, like Evolution Projects’ four-building Campus Seattle in Fremont. The office and retail building 35 Stone, shown in the photo, opened at Campus Seattle in November.

Since 2013, every December global architecture and design firm Gensler publishes a report highlighting the trends that it thinks will dominate and shape the future of design and urban life in the coming year.
