Commerce awards $15M for affordable housing projects across the state

Terrapin is a 172-unit apartment building currently under construction in downtown Bellevue.

The Washington State Department of Commerce has awarded $14.6 million in grants to support 24 shovel-ready housing projects that will create more than 1,800 affordable units in 10 counties.
