Westport seeks designer for state's third tsunami refuge

Westport’s Tsunami Vertical Evacuation Structure in the city’s marina district will be the third such refuge in the state.

The city of Westport is looking for a designer for a structure that would shelter at least 2,000 people fleeing a tsunami there.
