3 firms shortlisted for Vancouver's new $123M Public Works campus

The campus aims to unify field crews and administrative staff, and will remain functional during severe weather, earthquakes and other events.

The city of Vancouver announced its general contractor/construction manager shortlist Monday for a new five-building operations campus to replace Public Works facilities now scattered through the southwest Washington city.
