A double boost for Capitol Hill home

    The single-family home will be lifted to create room for new ground-level commercial space and a brownstone addition will go south of the house.

    A novel project is underway on Capitol Hill that will turn a 1905 single-family home into a mixed-use property with a ground-level cafe and a new multi-story brownstone addition.
