Contractor sought to help Taholah students move to higher ground

The new school will be built nearly 150 feet above sea level.

The Taholah School District is looking for a contractor to build a new 75,000-square-foot K-12 school as part of a plan to relocate students and their greater community out of the reach of tsunamis and increased flooding on the northern Washington coast.
