Salt & Straw confirms three new locations

SEATTLE — As the DJC first reported earlier this month, the popular Salt & Straw ice cream chain has claimed a very prominent location at Pike Place Market, on the corner of First Avenue. Based in Portland, but with some roots in our state, the business confirmed that location in an announcement last week.

It also confirmed plans for a new Redmond shop, at Legacy Partners' new Eastline Grand apartment building, next to Downtown Redmond Station. (Light-rail service is scheduled to open there in May.) Kidder Mathews' John Chelico and Monica Wallace are the brokers for Legacy.
