Top Pot swapped for Screaming Parrots

The Screaming Parrots Cafe will serve crepes, Onigiri rice balls, desserts and specialty drinks including milk teas and fresh Vietnamese sugarcane juices.

REDMOND — A new cafe is moving into the old Top Pot Donuts space in the red160 apartment building at 16095 Cleveland St., with plans to open this summer.
