State has $212M for affordable housing

LIHI and the Asia Pacific Cultural Center opened Patsy Surh Place in May, with help from the state’s Housing Trust Fund.

Developers planning new affordable multifamily rental housing projects across the state can now apply for funding through two opportunities administered by the state Department of Commerce's Multifamily Housing Unit.
