Wyckoff buys Ste. Michelle

WOODINVILLE — As reported by the Northwest Wine Report, Sycamore Partners sold Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) on Dec. 4 to Wyckoff Farms of Grandview in southeast Washington.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed but the sale includes all of SMWE's brands, including Columbia Crest, facilities, vineyards, and inventory.
