Report: Seattle no longer tops for construction cost increases

Five cities were ahead of Seattle in year-over-year construction cost increases from October 2023 to October 2024.

It's still pretty pricey to build in the Emerald City, but we had it better this year than Boston, Chicago, Honolulu, Portland and Washington, D.C.
