L&I's crane rule changes start Friday

A new rule sets maximum allowable wind speeds for assembly, disassembly and reconfiguration activities.

Permanent rule changes go into effect on Friday from the Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) regarding cranes, rigging and personnel lifting.
