RFQ out for $41M UW OPMC reno

SEATTLE — The University of Washington has issued a request for qualifications for an expansion and renovation at the UW Medical Center NW Outpatient Medical Center (OPMC).

The project budget is $41 million, and the target budget for all work under the design-build contract is $31 million.
