Great big, beautiful piles of dirt sprout along the EBC

On Thursday morning, excavators in the fog.

Waterfront Park and its bicycle trail are done. The Alaskan Way Safety Project, with its protected bike lanes, is done. As the tourist crowds slowly dwindle, as summer turns to fall, as the cruise ship season nears its end, what other construction is there to chart along our saltwater shoreline?
