Renovation begins at Smith Cove Park

  • Phase I focuses on improvements to the park's west parcel and playfields.

    Smith Cove Park is tucked between the Magnolia Bridge and the Elliott Bay Marina. A future phase will involve the east parcel along the shoreline.

    Seattle Parks and Recreation has issued the notice to proceed to A-1 Landscaping and Construction of Snohomish for the first phase of its Smith Cove Park renovation.
