Low openings for U.S. construction jobs

WASHINGTON — At the end of October, the construction industry had 213,000 job openings, according to an Associated Builders and Contractors analysis of data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The ABC found that industry job openings were down by 18,000 in October and down by 36,000 from the same time last year.
