Tsutakawa fountain makes quiet return to Colman Dock

Restored, fresh off the truck and protectively wrapped; the fountain makes a welcome return to a changed waterfront. Water should be flowing by week’s end.

New public art is gradually being installed along the rebuilt downtown waterfront, as that multi-year effort nears its conclusion in the coming months.
