Perkins Glass moving to SoDo

SEATTLE — A commercial building at 2737 First Ave S. sold at the very end of December for $3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Leiendecker LLC, an Oregon family entity that had owned the property since 1997.

The seller's brokers were Nick Bierly and Kyle Sterling at NAI Puget Sound Properties. The deal was worth about $338 per square foot.
