New owner touts recent acquisition of 105 Milton units

Pathfinder is planning upgrades to the property.

The town of Milton straddles the line between King County and Pierce County. The latter recorded the over $28 million sale in November for the Sundance garden-apartment complex, as the DJC then reported. The seller was original developer SEB Inc.
