New money for old Denny Triangle tower

The 20-story tower at 600 Stewart St. received a major refresh in 2023, under Grayscale Design Studio and Skyline Construction.

There's new life yet for the 56-year-old Plaza 600 office building, which was originally developed by Vance Corporation in the Denny Triangle, back when that was a mostly low-rise area.
